The Data Center Engineer role is a full-time, permanent position located in Attica.

As a Data Center Engineer, you will join a talented IT team, and your duties will be the following:
- Providing 1st level support for Data Centre colocation services
- Diagnosing and solving connectivity issues
- Testing cables and capacity services using Digital Transmission Analyzers (IP/OTN/SDH)
- Managing customer trouble tickets and Service Requests
- Monitoring Data Centre infrastructure (power, cooling, etc.) and engaging the respective specialized team in case of failure
- Implementing physical connections (fibre and UTP patching) for the provision of services to customers or interconnections between customers
- Racking and stacking IT equipment
- Managing all site visitors' access and logistics (physical access requests, escorting to racks, reception/dispatch/storage of equipment, etc.)
- Providing 1st level monitoring of network devices (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Implementing policies to ensure work operations are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
In order for your profile to match this Data Center Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:
- Basic knowledge in Networking technologies
- Previous experience in technical support, will be considered an asset
- Degree in IT or relevant field
- Fluency in english
- Ability to work on shifts
- Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable

Your key responsibilities as a Head of SAP FICO:
- Liaise with business owners to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and deliver requirements and project scope documents, business process designs configurations
- Appliy technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment
- Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walk-through of IT design documentation with the development and the design team members.
- Act as expert support on business processes in respective area of responsibility
- Support business processes as they relate to FICO modules
- Develop business process procedures
- Manage global template for applications to ensure that system remains stable and supportable
- Support end users (2nd Level) to ensure proper system usage and understanding.
- Work closely with other IT personnel and vendors to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements
In order for your profile to match the Head of SAP FICO position, you need to have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in configuring in Finance & Controlling in ECC6 (S/Hana), with at least 2 full life cycle implementations
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of FICO modules –GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking, COPA
- SΑΡ certifications (S/4Hana) is a plus
- 7+ years of relevant experience
